Everything you think, say, and do - comes from an emotion
Everything is emotions!
Since people are pack animals, we are pre-programmed to show what we feel through what we say, the way we say it, and the way we move.
Everything you do with your body is therefore an expression of an emotion. When you know how a body and mimic act in certain emotions, you can tell, what others likely feel. When you can see, what they feel, you can resonate what they think.
You unconsciously read other's signals all the time. You intuitively know that closed fists may mean aggression, and that a smile usually means kindness.
When you activate and add on this intuitive knowledge, you are able to communicate clearly on multiple levels and observe, if the receiver understands the message and agrees.
We obtained our knowledge on non verbal communication and body language from competent scientists such as Desmond Morris, Albert Mehrabian, and Poul Ekman, who all are masters in the language and signals of the human body.
Body language and non verbal signals have to be interpreted in a full context and always in "clusters". Just because you know, it means "closed" to have your arms and legs crossed, it never excludes that the person is freezing or needs to go to the bathroom.
